The province is well organized to support weekenders. The beaches of Evoikos and Korinthiakos are the main attractions here. The unspoiled natural beauty and the traditional towns and villages are sure to impress you.

Livadia is the commercial center of the area with farming activities, industry and services. A characteristic of Livadia is the river of Erkina, which flows through the city. Also on the south side of the side are the springs of Crya, which have exceptional natural beauty. There is also the gorge and the church of Jerusalem built upon a rock. 600 steps will take toy there.

Distomo has the ideal climate and the ideal combination of sea and mountain.You should visit the museum of Folk Art. One of the cultural focal points of Distomo is the carnival which to this date carries a very old tradition that goes back to Dionysian times. Koudounarei, are people who are dressed in animal's skins and who have bells hanging from their bodies. They are trying in a symbolic gesture to awaken nature from winter's sleep.

Arachova is a mountain village, built on the slope of Parnassos Mountain at an altitude of 950m. It belongs to Viotia prefecture and it is 160km from Athens. When the visitor comes he firstly sees beautiful stone houses, narrow streets and springs. Despite its huge tourist growth, its heritage has been well preserved combining convenience with traditional character.

If you visit Arachova during Easter you will have the opportunity to enjoy the “Panigiraki” feast, celebrating Saint George, the patron saint, and the battle of Arachova (November 1826).

The settlement combines the magnificence with the wild landscape, majestic view, healthy climate, peculiar architecture, nightlife and winter sports. It is a winter destination which offers adventure, various activities and in the same time rest and relaxation.

It is famous for its agriculture, cattle breeding and the high quality of the local products. Some of the traditional products of Arachova are: olive groves, olive oil, jam, legumes, honey, tsipouro, formaella cheese, feta cheese, yogurt, opsimotiri cheese, halvah, frumenty and noodles.

The two highest tops of Parnassos Mountain, is Liakoura (Likoria) 2.457m. and Gerontovrachos 2.435m. Between these tops and at Arnovrisi side there are the two most famous ski centres of Greece, Fterolaka and Kelaria.

They may be the best organized and equipped ski centers of Greece and can service ski beginners and experts too. They are located at an altitude of 1600m-2300 m and offer 13 lifts and 20 tracks of total length 14 kilometers.

There you will find ski and snowboard schools, shops of renting and selling of ski equipment and shop of clothing. There are also parking space, cafe, bar, restaurant, first aid and baby sitting services.
