It is a traditional stone-built building located in the Settlement opposite the hill-castle of Stoupa at a distance of 500 meters from the beach.

It consists of an apartment of two main rooms on the first floor, with a kitchen, a living room and a full bathroom, with its own entrance and parking.

Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons.

All the rooms are air-conditioned, as there is full mobile and stable equipment.
